UIBuddy provides a collection of web-based tools for designers and developers. The Service is provided "as is" and is for your personal and non-commercial use. The tools provided on UIBuddy are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the site and neither adopt nor endorse, nor are responsible for, the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information or other content posted on the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
